Metafit
Completed my Metafit course in October 2016 in Manchester. It was a tough but enjoyable course which was led by Justin who is the brains behind this fitness ideal.
It is a workout completed in around 30 minutes using just your bodyweight. It is adaptable for different fitness levels and is a great way to exercise.
I have used it in some of my kettlebell classes to break things up and have had positive feedback with clients asking me to put on classes. Watch this space.
Metafit has landed at Litherland Sports Park
Metafit is starting at Litherland Sports Park on Tuesday 28th March at 4.30pm till 5pm an Sunday 2nd April 2017 10.30am till 11pm.
