Kettlebells

 

Kettlebells are a great piece of equipment to work out with.  They are great for toning, shaping muscles, strength training, losing weight, cardio and much more.  They are a very versatile piece of equipment which can be used for many exercises.  They don't take up much space and can be used almost anywhere.

 

 

 I am very enthusiastic about kettlebells.  I have been training with them now since 2013. I used to look at them in the gym and just thought they were odd and didn't know what to do with them.  I saw an advert for them on tv and deceided to do some research and try them out.  I have not looked back since.

I became a qualified instructor as I wanted too share the benefits of kettlebell training with everyone.

 I now love the exercises/workouts I can perform with them and you can too.

 

1. Do learn correct technique.

2. Don't let the bell fly away.

3. Do take off all rings, watches and bracelets.

4. Don't rush to lift more weight for the sake of technique.

5. Do warm up, cool down and stretch.

6. Don't forget to breathe while exercising.
